Shipping Rates for Retail Customers
We offer a flat shipping rate of $28 for weight up to 21 lbs, and measuring 18"x18"x18". Please note that an overweight charge may apply for packages exceeding the weight limit, and shipping rates will be added to your order after it is packed and weighed, considering the size, weight, and the delivery distance.
For Wholesale Customers/Distributors
Shipping rates for wholesale customers and distributors will be determined after the order process, taking into account factors such as location, weight, and other relevant considerations.
Free Shipping Option
We provide free shipping for retail customers on orders over $2000. Please note that this offer is not applicable to Discounted or Special Promotion items. Additionally, free shipping applies to orders weighing 30 lbs or less. Orders exceeding this weight limit may incur additional shipping charges.
Order Processing Timelines
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of placing the order. Please allow additional time for order processing if you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday) and Public Holidays. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which will be provided when you select your preferred shipping option.
Business Addresses Only
We only ship to verified business addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is a valid business address to avoid any complications with delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you have received an incorrect order, damaged product, or encountered any other issues, please take a picture of the product immediately and email them, along with a brief description of the problem, to our Customer Support Team at support@scanoria.com.

Returning Policy
Returning merchandise is simple! If you wish to return an item within 30 days of shipment, simply go through contact our customer support team. Customers are responsible for any item lost or damaged in return shipping so we recommend insuring the package.
